• Put the vegetable on gas for 4-5 minutes.
• Garnish it with some coriander leaves on it. 
• Serve it with rice and chapati. 

Ghee rice

Ingredients 

• Basmati rice 
• Ghee
• Salt

• Raisins

Method of preparing 

• Rinse and soak the rice for 25 min
• Take a pan and add ghee to it
